Stay connected with free Wi-Fi available throughout the Villa. For golf enthusiasts, the 18-hole Swin Golf Course is just a 7-minute drive away, while the A20 motorway can be reached within 30 minutes.
Planning to arrive by car? The parking lot is located at Robert-Blum-Platz, with marked spaces conveniently located out front. You can access the driveway from the right at Ostseeallee 22 or from the left at Ostseeallee 17. Parking costs €12.50 per night, subject to availability.
Just a quick note about the location: the property is situated between the Seebach holiday home and the lake promenade, so driving directly to the Villa isn’t possible. However, we assure you that it’s worth the short walk to this enchanting retreat!
Please note that there is an extra charge of €35 per night per dog when travelling with dogs.

Note : To avoid any confusion about the location: the property cannot be reached by car, as it is located between the Seebach holiday home and the lake promenade.
If you are arriving by car, the address for the property's car park is: Robert-Blum-Platz. There are marked parking bays on the front. The driveway is reachable on the right at Ostseeallee 22 or on the left at Ostseeallee 17. ( The cost per night is 12,50€ subject to availability).
